When will my order be dispatched?
PICK&MIX BOXES: We dispatch all orders placed before midnight on a Tuesday on a Wednesday.
SAME DAY DISPATCH BOXES: All orders placed before midday Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
We currently dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24, you will receive a tracking email upon dispatch and most parcels arrive the next day. Please allow up to 3 days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. If you need an order for a specific date please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate it.
How long will my bakes last?
When stored correctly our bakes are fresh for 7 days from dispatch! Each box is dispatched with a care card which has information on storing your bakes, including popping them in the fridge when you have received them.
